SANTA
Ho Ho Ho and a bucket of snow, the world is a wonderful place as long as Santa is around. Big Red is a carefree guy with a yearn to sing; badly, off key, but with great gusto. He flies right through every near death experience with a holly jolly optimism fueled with Christmas Spirit. Oh yes, when in the tropics, Santa prefers to wear his thong.

Mr. HORRIBLE
Mr. Horrible's mother suffered from a severe case of AFS (Alarming Flatulence Syndrome). This condition kept little Mr. Horrible isolated in his own room. He watched other children play with toys on Christmas day while he would get paper air filter masks. When he tried to play with another child's toy, they accused him of stealing. This made Mr. Horrible sad, then mad. At that moment he vowed that he would end up being the one with all the toys and that he'd wreak his vengeance on everyone, most importantly Santa.

RUDOLPH
A proud but stressed out leader of the elite reindeer flying squad. Santa comes close to cracking him but Rudolph always figures a way out of the jam and then has to go away for some down time and recover. But when Santa calls him with a "HO HO HO" Rudolph comes back and he comes through.

WOOPY - 12
It is bad voo doo to break the rules but Woopy seems to always have to disobey them when she and her best friends find Santa. Woopy is always able to spot trouble from any direction. If you look in her school year-rock you'll see she was voted "Most Likely to Tie Up Mysterious Man who Fall From Sky".

DING DONG - 10
Ding Dong is very intelligent. It is rumored that he can count to five. He likes to build things. In fact one of his favorite things to say is... "Me like build things." Ding Dong calculates odds at the drop of a giant boulder. Ding Dong likes to ponder things which pays off when they're in trouble.

CHOO CHOO - 12
Choo Choo is a natural born balanced leader who has a nice good attitude about life. Choo Choo is fair but firm and a good judge of who to trust and what to do in times of trouble. Since there seems to be nothing but trouble from the time Santa plops down, Choo Choo's instincts come in handy.
Mr. MUCKY
Mr. Mucky is a dedicated civil servant and pilot in the employment of Mr. Horrible; an erratic, nasty and ultimately horrible boss who still somehow drew Mr. Mucky's loyalty. Mr. Mucky even holds out a faint ray of hope that someday Mr. Horrible will be nice to him. In the interim he has a very hard job.

CHIEF UGGA
The Chief is on thin wire with the Auxilary Branch of the Woman's League in the village. When Santa falls from the sky he either cooks Santa for Madame Yum Yum's dinner or he risks losing his job to his flunky wanna be sidekick, Major Dum Dum, who consistently tries to drop boulders on the Chief's head.

MAJOR DUM DUM
Major Dum Dum wants to be the chief one day. Preferably, a day that will come very soon. To hasten that times arrival he organizes his schedule very carefully so that he can get plenty of attempts in at dropping a giant boulder on the chief. He keeps coming close, but not close enough. Other than for that he is a very dedicated and admiring assistant.

MADAME YUM YUM
Madame Yum Yum likes food and she does not hesitate to tell people so. She really wants to eat the chubby man in the red cap. He looks quite yummy, or as she likes to say... "yum yum". Madame Yum Yum uses her political power as head of the Woman's Auxilary League to get as much food as she can, from the chief.
